Hi, I’m Dr. Levy!
I was born in the beautiful country of Vietnam and was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma - a small town near Tulsa. Growing up in a small town, I learned small-town values such as integrity and honesty, where a man’s word really meant something, and honor and respect were important. My passion for dentistry began when I myself grew up with very bad teeth. Dentistry transformed my smile giving me confidence, and essentially changed my life! My passion and pursuit are to do the same for my patients; To not only treat but transform their overall health to the best it could possibly be, starting with their oral health. Dentistry to me is a healing art that can take away the pain, restore and reveal the vibrancy in a person, and literally add years to your life by allowing you to eat better, more holistic, and nutritious food with healthy teeth and gums. That gets me excited every morning!

We want to help you receive the dental care you deserve. We work for you, not your insurance company so we will help you maximize your benefits while providing superior care and services. We discuss all cost and payment options with you to make sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan and to answer any questions you have prior to the start of treatment. While we are NOT In-Network or have any contracts with any dental insurance companies, we do accept and file our patient’s claims as a courtesy and will help you to maximize your benefits. We remain independent from insurance networks because what’s best for you is not always what your insurance companies will allow or pay for if we work for them.

We want you to get the most out of your budget, so before your visits, we will work with your insurance provider to ensure you get the best coverage possible with an up-to-date breakdown of your reimbursements. We accept most plans that are Preferred Provider (PPO) plans. If you need assistance or have questions about your insurance policies or claims, we’ll be happy to help.
